The 7th New Year’s Eve Countdown Celebration in Penang organized by CreatiVision
At Padang Esplanade, some 100,000 merry-makers thronged the area to witness the New Year’s Eve Countdown and the 55th George Town Day Celebration. The rock concert featured top local acts like Bunkface, Azlan & The Typewriter, Sofaz, Yan Wan Chean, Aquila VVoice and The Parazee, etc. The State Officials led the countdown on the stage followed by a 6 minute long firework display.
